Responsibilities - Create and maintain accurate demand forecasts - Analyze demand patterns and trends to identify opportunities for improvement - Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and customers - Work with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate demand forecasting - Monitor and report on inventory levels - Maintain an up-to-date understanding of market trends and customer needs Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related field - 1+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or related field - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Skills - Experience with demand planning software - Knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices - Understanding of statistical forecasting methods - Experience with data analysis and visualization tools
